For decades, Loda Carpenteria has been working in the field of iron processing, and also carrying out high-precision technical processing on sheets of various thicknesses, as well as personalised and custom-made processing.
For mechanical-metal fabrication, we have modern equipment and specific professional skills that mean we can produce laminates, iron sheets and metal sheets of all shapes and sizes. We can also carry out high-quality bending, cutting, shearing and stamping.
Carbon steel, commonly called iron, is used for building machinery and equipment in all industries, as well as for producing objects for construction, architecture and furniture.
By using the laser cutting machinery that we have at Loda Carpenteria, we are able to cut pieces of up to 2000x4000mm in size and with a thickness of between 0.8 and 25mm.
There will probably be metal burrs remaining on very thick pieces. In these cases, the satin finish cutting process is used and the machinery used for sating finishings removes both burrs and sharp edges.
Very often, any products that are made of iron then have to go through surface treatments, such as painting. To improve the efficiency of the painting treatment, we prefer to use nitrogen processing for any product that is up to 5mm thick.
