Certified welding processes

At Loda Carpenteria, metal welding is one of the many areas that we specialise in. This is mostly due to our skilled team of welders.

Welding refers to the union or bringing together of different metal materials, whether they be of the same type or different, by melting them. Generally other material are added such as wire, rods or gas.

At Loda Carpenteria, we have certified our welding processes according to the UNI EN ISO 3834-2: 2005 standard. This happened due to welding qualifications as well as the specific welding procedures, the Welding Procedure Specification (WPS) that were put into place.

At Loda Carpenteria Srl, we choose our suppliers based on the criteria of the suppliers qualification in accordance with the UNI EN ISO 9001 certified system. It is crucial that high-quality filler material is used in the welding process so that the process is successful and for making sure the parts that are welded together are tight. This is why we carefully select our suppliers for both the welding materials, as well as for the equipment and of the welding machinery itself, so that we provide uniform results and constant high-quality welded pieces. In this way we ensure a high level metal welding service, which is consistent over time and fully complies with required welding specifications.
